Admirable Stay at Luxurious Resort

I appreciated the many pool options and well-kept beach area. Snorkeling near the hotel was lovely. I also found the room service to be prompt and thorough. Requests was fulfilled quickly. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the staff. Gamal assisted with taxi arrangements and various requests via WhatsApp.

Wi-Fi connectivity was also poor across the premises. This did made securing reservations quite challenging. It limited my dining choices .

i found the food variety quite limited. breakfast and lunch menus barely changed. also, the service felt inconsistent. some of the younger staff were very kind, but many others seemed disengaged and rarely greeted guests.

my room, a beautiful room partial sea view, was immaculate. the housekeeping service came daily and they were very attentive. the resort grounds were beautiful. i liked there being multiple pools, so there was never overcrowding.

the wifi was patchy and slow, a thing that was very annoying. it was hard to stay connected.

The resort features good pools around the hotel. The beach front is relaxing. The resort offered great entertainment daily, especially night live singers and dance shows. The food in the restaurants I tried was great. Staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful and always smiling.
